• Ability to animate on Adobe Flash using both frame-by-frame and symbol based animation techniques
• Strong sense of color and composition
• Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and any sound and video editing suite
• Basic storyboarding skills
• Proficient at communication and prior experience of working in a team atmosphere
• Must possess an impressive portfolio with flash animation examples of facial expressions and scene compositions made in Flash
