Requirement
- An avid Facebook gamer
- Hands on experience of Facebook games.
- Good knowledge about all the major players in social gaming and their leading titles
- Strong verbal and exceptional written communication skills is a must
- Hands on experience in writing clear and concise game design documents
- Will be working closely with the game designer; drive the design vision towards better social gaming experience
- Hands on experience in working with cross functional teams i.e. artists, production, engineers and marketing team.
- Ability to illustrate ideas using Photoshop, Flash, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, Unity, Blitz – would be an added advantage
- Knowledge of programming language/ scripting would again be an added advantage
- Good forecasting ability and possess a metric driven approach to game design, driving retention; good knowledge about Facebook monetization methods

Level Designer
Work Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Requirement
- Hands on experience in 3D Modelling (Maya and Max)
- Hands on experience in game engine and level editing tools
- Experience in scripting languages
- Good understanding and analyzing skills on game design and game design document
- Hands on experience in writing level design documents
- Will be working closely with game designer and environmental art team
- Hands on experience in creating entertaining and interesting playable levels
- Good in managing design iterations to improve game play keeping in mind the overall schedule
- Good analytical ability and organizational skills is a must
- Strong verbal and exceptional written communication skills is a must

Senior Animator
Work Experience: 2+ Years
Contribute to the vision of the game set by core design team with strong animations conveying the whole essence and experience of the gameplay. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Art Director and the core design team in developing a one of a kind experience with the character animations
- Work under the guidelines set by the Lead Animator and realize the vision required.
- Participate in the Pre-Production animation brainstorms and come up with a concrete scope of the animations.
- Pre-visualize the animations before hand and set the experience required in the game play which becomes a guideline for the whole development team
- Use sound animation techniques in nailing the characteristics required
- Examine the characters implemented in the game and look for all possible to improvise the character and its experience in the back end
- Collaborate with Animation programmer and technical teams to improve the animation system in the game.
- Mentor junior animators to achieve superior results based on the target platform limitations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Industry experience in creating a variety of character animations for games
- A strong grasp of all aspects of production in high end game development
- Must be able to accept and follow direction, collaborate with others, and work to meet deadlines as necessary
- Strong attention to the game play requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong skills in Maya/Max in animating characters
- Strong storytelling and acting skill is a great add on!
